Come Join our A-Team Personal Trainers and be part of the best Health and Fitness club in the Boston area in business for over 30 years with a great opportunity to learn the latest hi-tech, state of the art fitness assessment equipment including Fit 3D Fitness Imaging, InBody test and Visual Fitness Planner technologies, the most efficient methods to achieve results in a solid and consistent way.

Our Personal Trainers provide customized fitness programs to our new and existing members while educating and guiding them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and attaining a healthier lifestyle. Our Personal Trainers will help ensure the smooth and efficient operational procedures within our Personal Training department, enabling the club to provide the highest level of customer service. He/She will demonstrate an aptitude and command of all company-wide policies and initiatives to ensure the integrity of the Assembly Sports Club brand.

Required Skills

• *Present and communicate in a professional manner.
• *Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• *Must be organized with good time management skills.
• *Possess proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
• *Computer proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
• *Possess strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• *Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
• *Want to earn money and have a lot of fun.
• *Fitness background a must
• *Prior Personal Training experience preferred but not required, we can develop if aforementioned skills are strong
