The chat assistant uses Anthropic to generate replies from the messages you type. We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat transcript and any details you choose to provide. Chat details and contact form details are sent to our customer relationship management system, LeadConnector / HighLevel, so we can respond.
How long storage lasts
- Google Analytics cookies include _ga and cookies with names starting with _ga_, which last two years, and _gid, which lasts 24 hours. The duration of _gat_gtag_UA_187189004_1 has not been verified.
- The chat assistant keeps its session identifier and mute preference in localStorage until you clear your browser storage. Its attention-dismissed setting stays in sessionStorage until you close the browser tab.
- The aq_consent cookie lasts 180 days. The aq_consent_report entry in localStorage lasts until you clear your browser storage or withdraw analytics consent.
- Cloudflare's _cfuvid and __cf_bm cookies are session cookies.
- The durations of the listed YouTube and Elfsight cookies have not been verified.
If you allow analytics, your browser may send this website a list of the names of cookies and similar storage it holds for this site, at most once a day. It does not send their contents. The list is not stored with anything that identifies you. We use it only to keep this Cookie Policy accurate.
Browser storage controls
You can clear your browser storage to remove the chat assistant's saved session identifier and mute preference, and the aq_consent_report entry.
